Getting Started and Billing

How do I schedule?

You can either complete our contact form on our webpage, or email us at info@leapsandboundswa.org

Once we receive your information, we will reach out to gather any further details and let you know next steps for scheduling.

*Please note that our therapists and front desk are often in treatment- phone calls may take additional time for us to respond*

Do you have a waitlist?

Occupational Therapists are amazing, but there aren't enough of us yet!

We only accept new patients when we know we can provide follow up care (if needed).  We know how frustrating it can be to want to get your child the right support but not have a provider available.  Currently we are anticipating to have openings 6 months out, and will reach out to schedule when an opening comes available.

Parent only consultations are available intermittently- as we can provide suggestions, ideas and strategies to help until we are able to fully support your child in individual sessions. Please feel free to contact us!

Why is there an age limit?

We will be the first to recognize that we don't know everything!  We continue to learn and develop our practice; but doing our best means channeling our efforts to each therapists individual interest and expertise. Our therapist work to hone their skills to provide your child with the most up to date, effective, and evidenced based care.  Right now, our therapists are best trained to support kids up to 7 years of age.
