No Longer Accepting Premera: Effective 12/20/21

Unfortunately, we will no longer be in-network with Premera effective 12/20/21

We will be accepting them as an out-of-network provider after this date.

Please feel free to reach out to Premera Member Services using then number on the back of your card and let them know you would like access to therapy services close to home!

Insurance plans and Healthcare Providers are an ever evolving relationship!  People rely on their insurance plans to access medical care, and Doctors, Nurses, Therapist and other healthcare providers rely on insurance plans to pay for these services.

However, when an insurance plan prevents or limits the quality of care we can provide, requires extensive additional time/paperwork to approve basic services, or is no longer economical to the level of care that helps your child/family succeed, we may choose to no longer participate with that insurance plan so that we can freely provide the best care your family deserves.

It is an incredibly difficult decision, and one that we do not make lightly- as the impact to our community is profound.  

As a Premera member, YOU have a voice - contact member services using the number on the back of your insurance card and let them know that you would like access to quality care close to home! 

Members are the strongest voice in an Insurance plan, and you have the ability to change where and how you access care!
